Refund Policy

We have a 3-day refund policy, which means you have 3 days to ask for a refund of the product and we need to be emailed by the 3rd day of your intent for a refund.

The below guidelines need to be followed for seeking a refund:

  • A refund may be considered only if a training product has been watched up to 30% of the total duration or lesser.
  • And it needs to be informed to us within 3 days of the purchase date.
  • A refund will not be applicable if a training product has been watched beyond 30% of the training duration or more and if we are informed after 3 days of purchase.

To start a refund, within 3 days of purchase of the product-

  • Email to support@unthunkprogram.com on the refund request, along with the proof of purchase/bill receipt and purchase date.
  • Our team will review your email and process the refund anywhere between 5 to 10 working days (depending on banking timelines). No further questions will be asked.
  • However, we will be pleased to get your valuable feedback on the training module so that we can improve our training products.

Exceptions on what is not refundable

  • Refunds do not apply to some services which are customized and tailor-made.
  • The reason for this is a lot of time and effort goes in from scratch to build uniquely tailored services for our respective clients.

       Services such as the ones below do not fall under the purview of our refund policy–

  1. Customized training modules built from scratch for enterprises
  2. Pre-recorded, customized trainings created for enterprises
  3. Coaching sessions for enterprises
  4. Content services provided for Individuals/Enterprises
  5. Personal branding services and consultation for Individuals.
